When considering a CRM or ERP solution one must consider one very important thing and that primarily is the location and accessibility of your data.  We offer, support and maintain Sugar CRM databases on fully secured enterprise class VPS's with daily, weekly, and monthly backup images created automatically for easy restoration of all data.  Should you ever have need of your data to be moved to another location or another application, SugarCRM hosted on our servers provide you easy access to your data by giving you PHP MyAdmin access to your database allowing you always full and unfettered access to your data.  Why is this such an important feature?  Well other services like Salesforce.com offer you many of the same features of SugarCRM but make it very difficult to access your raw data should you decide you want to customize it or just have your own copy of it for whatever reasons.

Another benefit of SugarCRM is that we primarily host the CE version which means that you have total control over the customization of the fields you use or don't use.  Other applications generally will give you a standard set of fields and leave you with those in a take it or leave it attitude.  We believe that if you are going to offer anyone a service that allows for the manipulation of data, that you should offer total control to the owner of that data.  This is a fundamental point for us and the primary reason we believe so strongly in the use of Open Source Technology whenever possible.  The community of open source developers is strong, creative and committed to the quality of the projects that they work on.  This is paramount to the success of a project when it is up against a commercially developed application.
